A rental workflow from brief to return

Prepare stock, quotes, project tasks and returns in VEYA EVENTS, with a clear record for your team.

Updated

Start with the stock and dates

List the items, vehicles and equipment your team actually rents. Use clear names, quantities, rental rates and branch details. A catalogue item and a physical unit are different: check both before promising availability.

Enter the hire dates and any preparation or return time. Review overlapping orders and unreturned items before confirming the next booking.

Turn the brief into a quote

Record the customer’s requirements, quantities and delivery arrangements. Prepare a quote and review its dates, discounts and totals with the customer. Keep an accepted order separate from a preliminary enquiry so the team knows which work is confirmed.

Update the order when the brief changes. A saved payment record documents money received; it does not automatically collect money from a customer.

Give every task an owner

Projects, tasks, follow-up and Calendar are available in Studio and Studio Team. Break the job into preparation, delivery, installation and return checks. Assign responsibility, add due dates and use board columns to show progress.

Choose card colours for a useful distinction, such as the project or type of work. Check the plan’s active-project limit before adding another unfinished project. Completed history remains useful for the next job.

Close the return, not just the event

Check returned quantities and condition, then reconcile outstanding rental charges and the separate deposit record. Prepare the numbered customer invoice and review the team’s records before closing the order.

Business documents and account profiles stay inside authenticated workspaces. Use the public support channel for product questions, without sharing customer records or passwords.
