VEYA CRM
Keep every customer’s next step clear
Use VEYA CRM to connect customer records, opportunities, follow-up tasks and invoices without losing the next action.
Updated
Start with a useful customer record
Add the customer’s business contact details and a short note about the relationship. Record information your team needs for the work, rather than copying unrelated personal details into a shared record. Check for an existing customer before adding another entry.
Your own optional account profile is separate from customer records. It is not a public business listing or a source of marketing schema.
Keep the opportunity and next action together
Create an opportunity for a real sales discussion. Choose its stage, value and expected close date, then add the next follow-up task. A stage should describe the current position of the conversation, rather than an optimistic forecast.
Review overdue follow-ups before adding more tasks. Connected sessions receive workspace updates, while each member’s permissions still control what they can change.
Turn agreed work into a project
When the scope is agreed, record the project and its tasks so responsibility and timing are visible. Keep customer conversations, appointments and documents connected to the work. Review dates and ownership when the customer changes the scope.
Use invoices and recorded payment information for the customer’s paperwork. A CRM entry is not proof that a payment provider has collected funds.
Send deliberately and review access
Review the recipient, subject, message and invoice before sending an operational customer email. Use team roles for the access people need, and remove access when someone leaves.
VEYA CRM is a separate public beta. EVENTS subscriptions and Calendar entitlements do not automatically apply to CRM. Keep passwords and private customer documents out of public support messages.
